A very dubious album. prob a compilation, I checked three songs and they were all previous singles in the 40s...
What's dubious about a compilation? A compilation compiles earlier releases and while you don't get confirmation of that earlier release it remains as the proof that the cover exists. So you'll have to do with it until the real thing comes along.
I don't think "until the real thing comes along" is in accordance with SHS's policy.

There are lots of compilations that gather earlier recordings released at that time and others that were never released before the compilation.
Don't tell me that SHS policy is to ignore a true cover because it is in a compilation.
This cover has to be acknowkedged and written off afterwards via Error Report IF a real earlier release is ever found.
