Upon a fresh and closer review of this release, I now believe that this is the same recording as Don't Stop Believing from a comment under the backup video below. This led me to check similar comments, leading me to believe that two more tracks are re-releases as well. My current position and findings are indicated below per track....

To avoid confusion, I would suggest that the editors consider setting this EP up for multi-indexing once all tracks have been identified if not sooner. At a minimum, I would request that this remain open for my future reference until all five tracks are reasonably credited....
