💞💗💞😥I recorded this song for my dad...(Happy would-be Father's Day, Dad)...and for anyone who knows how it feels to lose a loved one. This is for the people who know how it is to think of someone so much, but you can't see their face. To want to hold, kiss, or hug someone, but you can't touch them. You want to talk to them just one last time to tell them how much they mean to you and that you love them so very much! You want to tell them you're sorry for everything you've ever done to hurt them. It's for those who know how it feels to think of them, but you try not to because every time you do you can't breathe...it feels like the wind has been knocked out of you. It's that kind of pain I have when I think of my dad not being here and that kind of pain Eric Clapton probably had when he co-wrote this song after he lost his four year old son by a tragic accident...but even though my heart aches a lot I still know that my Heavenly Father has my dad now. My dad's in the best hands. It still hurts at times though...😥💞💗💞
