- Symphony № 2 in B minor "Warriors" was written between 1869 and 1876. It was first published in 1878 (arr. piano 4 hands by the composer); Borodin's orchestration was slightly revised by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Alexander Glazunov for the 1887 publication of the full score.
