Not to be confused with the Mariah Carey song of the same name. The lyrics of this work start with "Take back the holly and mistletoe".
Andy Stone filed a civil lawsuit against Mariah Carey and her co-writer Walter Afanasieff alleging "copyright infringement and unjust enrichment" over their hit song. Despite the two songs not sharing any music nor lyrics aside from the title, he claims they "never sought or obtained permission" to use the song's title. Stone later dismissed the case without any further explanation. - Published by
