Comments: Folk trio formed by Columbia producer, Tom Wilson, in New York City in 1964. Members include Angeline Butler [soprano], Robert Guillaume [tenor], and Millard Williams [baritone]. All were classically trained vocalists. A folk group with the same name was formed in the 1950s by Bob DeCormier and recorded for Baton label. Bob DeCormier recommended Millard Williams for the Columbia trio to Tom Wilson. Otherwise, these is no connection between these two groups.
