Thanks for this one. It is a bit tricky, though. Points:
- although your source states an end of February release date, it is not assured if this EP was released before or after the "Live in Japan" album, which also includes "In the Ghetto"
- liner notes like "Licensed from WEA International Inc." and "℗ 1993 WEA Music. Ein Geschäftsbereich von Warner Music Germany" indicate an earlier/original release elsewhere, here WEA Germany.
Q.: Do you have any evidence for this EP in both respects being the very first release by the band including the track?
According to Discogs the Live in Japan album came out in December of '93 and aside from an Italian wikipedia page stating the EP came out in '92 all other sources I see claim that it came out in that February of '93.

The Japan only EP indeed seems to have been released much earlier than the longplay - matter 1 solved.
But, unfortunately, it remains unclear if the track was included on earlier releases elsewhere - discogs don't offer an answer to that question and the band HP doesn't, either...
The liner notes on the live album's booklet back say "Recorded live on April 18th, 1993 at Club Citta, Kawasaki/Tokyo".

In that respect, a 1993-02-25 release wouldn't seem very likely, but the version on the 6-track looks like a studio recording and the band intro in that one's booklet is dated 1992-12-24...
