What's with the "(unknown)" under Originally by for artist Björn Skifs?

This is probably just me being slow, but what's the significance of the "(unknown)" links seen under the Originally by column when you look at Björn Skifs? They all seem to link back to his own cover versions of the original. Am I missing something?

Should be gone now. That's because the foreign language cover was not "ticked" as the first original version (in that language). Good spot!

That was fast, thx!

Here is another: Irish Heartbeat , probably because the original is in Gaelic?

Yes, when a work doesn't have an original (which is unfortunately the case for many traditionals, classical works etc.) then the "original artist" is "(unknown)".

But is it supposed to render more than once? "Originally by (unknown), (unknown)" looks so weird.

It's shown twice when both adaptation and original work have unknown credits.
