The Waybacks

Quartet based in the San Francisco Bay area whose eclectic style incorporates folk, roots, Americana, bluegrass, and rock. Members are Stevie Coyle (rhythm and fingerstyle guitar, vocals), James Nash (lead guitar, mandolin, vocals), Joe Kyle Jr. (double-bass, vocals), and Chuck Hamilton (drums, percussion). The band expanded to a quintet with Warren Hood (fiddle, vocals) after the recording of From the Pasture to the Future.
