For those of you not familiar the national PROs in Scandinavia have joined forced and signed over the handling to N©B (Nordic Copyright Bureau). These are KODA in Denmark, STEF in Iceland, STIM in Sweden, TEOSTO in Finland and TONO in Norway.
This is a pain in the ass as NCB doesn't offer repertory search (or at least I haven't been able to find it). Some of us are constantly running into problems verifying translations and such for mass produced 60s-70s covers of international pop hits for the Scandinavian market.
A typical case that camembert electrique showed me the other day was Hasta manana by Gro Anita. I was pretty sure the translator was record company boss and Bendiksen nemesis Arve Sigvaldsen but there wasn't any physical proof.
NOW THERE IS A WAY!
http://enkelklarering.no is a Norwegian rights clearing service owned by FONO (Norwegian record company org.) and offers a nice, easy to use online tool. Not super detailed, but detailed enough to solve the aforementioned case:
Tekst: Arve Sigvaldsen, Bjørn Ulvaeus, Stikkan AnderssonMusikk: Benny Andersson
Artist: Diverse Artister
Album: På Treff Med 6
Spilletid: 03m 09s ( 189 sekunder)
Sjanger: Pop
Forlag: Copyright Control
Plateselskap: Talent

Pretty cool stuff, enjoy responsibly!
EDIT: Oh, I forgot to say it also comes available in English, might be easier for some of you... ;-)
