Maybe you'd want to omit leads followed up? The shorter the list, the easier to oversee...

Hmmm... The upside is a shorter list. The downside is losing an "at a glance" determination of the effectiveness of these efforts. (Of course additions can be found and made independently of the leads.)

I'll take a wait and see, learn from experience position for now....
