Born in the mid-1950s. SHS has not been able to determine whether "Megan", "Megon" or neither is McDonough's birth name. McDonough started her career using the spelling "Megan", under which she released five LPs of folk-oriented and pop music. It wasn't until 1989 that McDonough released another album, this time of traditional pop and show tunes. She was a founding member of Four Bitchin' Babes, leaving the group in 2001. McDonough also appeared as Patsy Cline in the musical "Always...Patsy Cline" and has created and performed a cabaret act.
